Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to provide expert advice to superiors for a sub-area within the finance and accounting sector. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements.

The Senior Consultant will be a member of a global team of IT assurance experts responsible for designing and assessing the efficiency of IT Application Controls across the company's IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a crucial role as an experienced ERP assurance professional.
  • Be part of a global team of IT Application Controls experts.
  • Provide assurance in the areas of ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • Identify process and IT controls improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
  • Test IT application controls to ensure SOX compliance and reliability.
  • Participate in IT risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with IT Application Owners and Business Process Owners to identify relevant IT applications and infrastructures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in economics, business informatics, or computer science.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in auditing ERP systems, IT environments, and business process controls.
  • Experience in performing IT audit or review engagements, including a solid understanding of external audit approaches, concepts, and methodology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills in English.
