Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment Specialist
\This is a key role in developing and executing our Compliance Risk Management Program, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) and other high-risk areas. You will play a central role in conducting Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments (EWRA), enhancing controls and producing actionable insights for senior management.

- Support the global Compliance Risk Management Program\
- Lead annual EWRA cycles\
- Expand the EWRA program to cover Sanctions, ABC and Market Abuse risks\
- Work with compliance teams to assess new and existing products for risk\
- Maintain and document risk controls to ensure regulatory compliance\
- Coordinate with global teams to align methodology and execution of risk assessments\
- Assist in horizon scanning and regulatory impact assessments\
- Generate actionable risk insights and performance reports for leadership\
- Track and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and recommend mitigations for risks outside of appetite\
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field\
- 5+ years of experience in compliance within regulated financial services\
- 2+ years direct experience with EWRA implementation\
- CAMS-RM or similar advanced risk certification preferred\
- Strong understanding of compliance risks and control environments\
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex issues\
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and teamwork mindset\
