Job Title: Senior Instrumentation and Control Professional
">We are seeking an accomplished Senior Instrumentation and Control Professional to lead a high-impact offshore oil and gas platform project in Singapore. As the ideal candidate, you will possess deep regional experience and a passion for driving excellence in instrumentation design.
">- The successful candidate will lead and manage the instrumentation and control design team for offshore platform projects, ensuring compliance with international and regional standards.
Responsibilities:
">- To oversee the full lifecycle of instrument and control system design, including loop diagrams, control system configuration, and analysis.
- To ensure adherence to international specifications including API, ISA, IEC, SHELL DEP, QP, and relevant industry regulations.
- To guide the team in using instrumentation design software such as SPI and INSTRUCALC.
- To coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
- To identify and resolve technical challenges swiftly and logically.
- To inspire and manage a high-performing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Measurement & Control Technology, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation design for offshore oil & gas platforms.
- At least 3 years in a core design or management role on offshore projects in Qatar or the Middle East.
- Strong command of English for professional communication and coordination.
- Proven leadership experience in managing instrumentation teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced project environment.
