This is a high-profile opportunity to join an elite team of quality assurance specialists.

  • We are seeking an exceptional electrical engineering quality assurance specialist who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to this challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in electrical or switchboard manufacturing.

To ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in electrical power distribution, control, and automation systems, the selected professional will be responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing parts, accurately recording and managing quality data, identifying and reporting quality issues, segregating non-conforming products, approving or rejecting parts based on quality criteria, conducting routine tests and checks, testing and commissioning switchboards, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, following safety protocols strictly, ensuring inspection tools are calibrated and functional, preventing product non-conformity proactively, recommending, implementing, and checking the effectiveness of solutions for identified problems, overseeing the resolution process for non-conforming products, adhering to Quality Management System procedures to maintain compliance and control, and performing other tasks as directed by supervisors.

In order to achieve these responsibilities, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to interpret technical documents, adhere to safety and quality standards, and possess a willingness to continuously learn and improve processes.
