Job Title: Equipment Engineer

The position is available for an Equipment Engineer who specializes in die attach and molding. The engineer will work with production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate equipment used for die attach and molding.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the machines to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct mechanical alignment and adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, particularly in machine setup and troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semi-conductor production.
  • Preferably 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up and troubleshooting die attach bonders.
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment wearing safety gear.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
