Job Summary
Rainbow Centre Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to lead its Finance Team in maintaining the organization's financial health. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting
    Lead the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    Ensure timely completion of monthly close timetables and deliverables in accordance with schedules.
    Reconcile subledger transactions and balances to the Financial Accounting System, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
    Prepare annual statutory financial statements.
    Develop monthly cash flow forecasts.
    Assist the Lead Manager in preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis.
    Maintain current knowledge of funding requirements related to financial matters and ensure compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements.

2. Financial Administration
    Manage petty cash, including verifying claims according to policy and procedures, processing claims and disbursements, and preparing reconciliations of disbursements and float.
    Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Executive to streamline processes.

3. Budget and Financial Analysis
    Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasts for assigned units.
    Support the Lead Manager with monthly budget/forecast variance analysis against actuals.
    Provide cost analysis reports to aid management decisions in achieving organizational strategic goals.

4. Internal Controls
    Regularly review the Group's accounting activities, including monthly reviews of financial transactions to ensure proper documentation, accurate account assignment, and approvals.
    Ensure adequate internal controls are in place, monitoring all financial activities, and keeping the Lead Manager informed of situations that may impact internal controls or financial performance.
    Address audit findings and recommendations, follow through on action plan commitments, and protect Group assets through enforcement of internal control policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification with at least 3 years relevant experience.
