Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Representative to join our team. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by following established procedures and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service according to procedures and standards.
  • Assisting with daily service operations, including taking orders, table setting, and cleaning the outlet.
  • Ensuring that all pre-opening duties are completed on a daily basis.
  • Performing basic cashiering duties.
  • Providing service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B department.
  • Handling beverages and being familiar with all items on the menu.
  • Recommending and promoting all items on the menu or specials to guests.
  • Handling guest complaints and feedbacks effectively and communicating with the immediate supervisor for follow-up.
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment at all times.
  • Cleaning up section area after service and maintaining cleanliness of the area.
  • Coordinating with stewards, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Helping other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
  • Maintaining table culture and ambience at all times.
  • Performing other related duties as required by the manager.
Requirements

No experience is necessary, as training will be provided. No minimum certification is required.

You should have the ability to communicate effectively in English and possess a personable, charming, and outgoing personality with a strong service attitude.

A 5-day workweek is expected.
