Swim Coach/Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Swim Coach/Teacher to support our swimming lessons for Kindergarten and Primary School students. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching swimming skills, techniques, and confidence to children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality lessons that align with our values and vision
  • To plan engaging tasks for swimmers based on lesson objectives
  • To ensure the safety and well-being of all students during sessions
  • To maintain equipment and facilities in good condition
  • To provide constructive feedback and guidance to swimmers
  • To work collaboratively with the Head of Swimming and other coaches/teachers
  • To lead swimming-related activities and squads as directed by the Head of Swimming
  • To attend swim competitions and galas as requested

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A valid certification in swimming coaching or teaching
