As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our interior design and renovation projects.


Your key responsibilities include monitoring project planning and scheduling, coordinating with clients to track and control schedules, costs, and quality, and liaising with subcontractors for drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery processes.


In this capacity, you will also perform and monitor budgeting and expenditure control management, ensure compliance with building contractual terms and laws, manage site operations, coordination, and safety meetings, and require relevant working experience in renovation project management and coordination as well as knowledge of architectural and interior designer drawings.
