Process Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Process Engineer to sustain and improve process/Spc to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements.

This role will be responsible for supporting the production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release. Establishing SOP, CAS and FMEA for related processes is also a key responsibility.

The successful candidate will optimize and maintain processes using Spc and DOE knowledge. They will work with other regions for BKM alignment and process improvement initiatives.

Maintaining process stability and continuous improvement projects is crucial in this role. The Process Engineer will drive process CIP to improve process performance indices.

They will work with cross-functional teams to deliver organizational goals and lead small teams to deliver departmental objectives.

Conducting process training internally to Associate Engineers (AE/Senior AE) is also an essential part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree/Master's in Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/Microelectronics/Sciences (Physics/Chemistry) or Material Science.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a semiconductor industry.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
  • Strong Spc knowledge (Statistical Process Control).
  • Experienced in high-volume production environments.
  • Knowledge of process engineering software systems and MES system (Manufacturing Execution Systems).

Additional skills include analytical and math skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulousness, and the ability to work in diverse environments.
