Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

As a key member of our team, the Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency across multiple product lines and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and stay ahead of market trends.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Lead brownfield projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales project management, preferably in the utility & industrial segment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools, such as PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with Mandarin language skills a plus.
