Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. as a Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills in formulating sales strategies, conducting sales activities, and building trusting relationships with customers.

About the Role

As a Sales and Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve our targets. You will work closely with internal teams to develop proposals that showcase our expertise and deliver exceptional services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate sales strategies and conduct sales activities, including preparing proposals for covering Singapore and its neighboring markets in the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement measures to explore new business opportunities (new clients and new business domains) in our targeted area.
  • Take operational lead to develop and adjust sales strategies to achieve the financial target of the company.
  • Lead negotiations with customers together with project teams of the company, including commercial and contract matters.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders, including shareholders, partners, relevant government agencies, and customers (including existing and new customers) in Singapore and across the APAC region to build and maintain trusting relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering field or business administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas and/or Life-Science and infrastructure-related industries as sales, including more than 3 awarded PJs with a value of 50MMUSD or more.
  • In-depth practical knowledge and understanding of contractual practices and contracts in EPC projects.
  • Technical and/or engineering knowledge in energy, chemical, life sciences, industrial, and urban infrastructure is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think 'outside the box' to solve problems.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
