Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales across offline channels, managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure stores are well-stocked with high-demand items.
  • Design, execute, and track promotion initiatives and incentive programs to drive channel performance.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies tailored to each store's needs, ensuring that retail execution aligns with overall brand goals.
  • Develop and lead product training sessions for store staff, focusing on building in-depth product knowledge, responsiveness to customer inquiries, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the ITC hardware sector
  • Solid understanding of retail sales, store management, and training principles
  • Strong analytical skills for data management and deriving insights
  • Skilled in administrative and merchandising tasks, including inventory control
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, essential for store and team engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the country
