Job Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve network connectivity problems, and assist with the setup and configuration of devices.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in desktop/laptop/peripherals/thin client/telephony support, including configuring devices to reflect global builds templates, decommissioning/installing or adding devices as required, relocating devices from desk to desk, and ensuring alignment with agreed business service levels.
  • This role involves hardware and software management, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, incident management, lifecycle management, and maintaining an inventory of IT assets to ensure compliance.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology and possess at least 2 years of experience working in a help desk environment or customer support role.
  • Prior experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a multinational corporation (MNC) or financial sector is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite), with a strong passion for customer services and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • A good command of spoken and written English is essential for this role.
