Job Summary
Appliance Repair ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults in home appliances, ensuring they operate at optimal levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics and Repairs: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in home appliances.
- Maintenance and Testing: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and test finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Licenses and Certifications: A valid Class 3 driver's license (commercial vehicle) is advantageous.
- Education: Minimum Nitec qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience: Experience in electrical/refrigeration troubleshooting is beneficial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team player mindset.
