We are seeking a diligent and meticulous professional to join our team as a Processing Officer.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the processing of applications with 100% accuracy, ensuring that each application is correctly processed within the shift itself. They must also be responsive to any abnormality in an application and provide correct explanations should an application be rejected.
The successful candidate will be required to comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, directives, and other official written instructions implemented.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the scope assigned
- A good team player with a cheerful personality and positive attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail, good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and handle high volumes of work
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
The position offers a 4-day workweek with 2 days off on a rotating basis. The shift pattern consists of:
AM Shift: 9am-6.30pm
PM Shift: 12.30pm-10pm (with 1hr lunch break)
The location is at Midview City, near Bright Hill MRT.
