Senior Test Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented professional to lead our dynamic product engineering team.

You will work on cutting-edge technologies, including AI Compute, Server, and Network Processors. Our company offers a fun and exciting work environment with significant growth potential.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Hardware, Design, and Firmware engineering teams to design, develop, and debug innovative products and solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
  • Innovate advanced test hardware for high-speed testing, pushing the boundaries of what's possible and ensuring our products are ready for the future.
  • Create detailed test plans and methodologies documentation that meet stringent product specifications, ensuring every product we release is of the highest quality.
  • Participate in testability and test plan reviews with DFx and Design teams, working together to define and enhance yield and test methodologies.
  • Bridge the gap between design and production by converting test patterns from the design simulation environment to ATE format.
  • Play a lead role in optimizing test flows, reducing test times, removing unnecessary steps, improving yields, and releasing production test programs in collaboration with product engineers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in test solutions, high-speed testing hardware, and test planning methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience with Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
  • Familiarity with design simulation environments and ATE formats.
