We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant - Grilles, Curtains and Blinds.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about home décor and window furnishings.

  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the home décor or window furnishings industry.

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing our customers with the best possible experience by assisting them in selecting curtains and blinds that meet their needs and budget.

Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to effectively assist customers over the phone and in-store.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to customers in-store and over the phone.
  2. Assisting customers with selecting curtains and blinds that meet their needs and budget.
  3. Answering customer questions about products, installation, and financing options.
  4. Processing sales transactions and managing customer accounts.
  5. Keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
  6. Participating in product training and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home décor or window furnishings industry.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
