About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Functional Consultant - D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV). We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in implementing and delivering D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) solutions.

As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for taking a consultative approach to implement and deliver D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) and Project Management solutions to our clients. This will involve working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) using best development and implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on implementation and deployment of D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) and Project Management solutions
  • Providing onsite and offsite consulting services to customers
  • Identifying and analysing issues and risks, and responding proactively
  • Fostering teamwork, mentoring, and training consultants on best practices, project methodology, and professional client service
  • Suggesting areas of improvement in methodology and internal processes along with potential solutions
  • Recognising and pursuing opportunities for cross-selling and additional client projects
  • Participating in pre-sales activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) software implementations
  • Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration
  • Experience leading large complex technology projects
  • Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics
  • Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers
