Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at CHJ SINGAPORE PTE LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a world-class service experience, leading and mentoring team members, and fostering cross-team communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a metrics-driven approach to drive continuous improvements.
  • Co-developing and co-executing strategic initiatives.
  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Fostering collaboration between Support, Product/Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Service Delivery Manager will also be expected to:

  • Partner closely with Account Management Teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new processes to enhance customer support.
  • Address critical customer escalations and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Collect and analyze support metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity/technology preferred.
  • Familiarity with DDos, WAF, CDN, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Bespoke Monitoring is an advantage.

Estimated Salary: SGD $80,000 - SGD $110,000 per annum.
