Job Title: Landscape Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced landscape professional who can deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site visits to gather information and understand client requirements.
  • Design and propose sustainable landscape solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare quotes and reports to ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Coordinate work orders with ground crew to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Deal with complaints from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure ongoing site upkeep.
  • Monitor and record site staff attendance to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in landscaping industries.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A dynamic and energetic approach, with a strong focus on teamwork and multi-tasking.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, will be highly regarded.

Working Hours and Location:

This is a full-time position, working a 5.5-day week. Various site locations throughout the region.
