Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee daily activities at our worksite.

This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, and ensuring that work is completed on time.

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, manage site workers and subcontractors, monitor progress, and prepare reports for senior management.

A High school diploma or equivalent (required) and a Diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred) are required. Certifications in site safety (e.g., OSHA, SMSTS) are a plus. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
  • Manage and lead site workers and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise on-site
  • Maintain records of site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Communicate project status and updates with project managers and stakeholders
