Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our team of engineers in supervising M&E subcontractors and collaborating with consultants and clients on low-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University approved by the Singapore PE Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise M&E subcontractors on construction sites
  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
  • Solve site technical issues related to M&E services
  • Coordinate infrastructure works and underground services for low-rise buildings

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University approved by the Singapore PE Board
  • Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling)
  • Ability to solve technical issues and coordinate multiple services

Desirable Skills

  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Construction management
  • BIM implementation and coordination
  • Electrical engineering and commissioning

Estimated Salary: SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum
