Enrichment Trainer Role

As an Enrichment Trainer, you will be working with preschool children to conduct enrichment programs and workshops. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting enrichment programs and workshops for preschool children in line with provided schedules and frequencies
  • Using various teaching methods to facilitate active learning, encourage curiosity, and enhance knowledge and learning to meet program objectives
  • Monitoring and assessing the development and progress of each child, adjusting teaching strategies to achieve learning goals
  • Providing support for administrative matters, adherence to company guidelines, and practices
  • Maintaining records of attendance, progress, development, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of programs and services
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to staff and freelance trainers
  • Responsible for classroom management to ensure a safe and conducive environment
Requirements:
  • Hold GCE O level or higher NITEC/Diploma in any field of study
  • Prior experience in Early Childhood Education sector is advantageous
  • Independent with initiatives while working off-site, as well as ability to engage children and resolve daily classroom issues on site
