Workplace Safety Lead

Safety excellence is the cornerstone of a successful organization. As a Workplace Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead site safety teams and implement workplace safety processes
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and staff training to prevent accidents and injuries
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures to minimize downtime and optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate safety matters with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare and submit safety reports to management, clients, and regulatory authorities to inform decision-making and drive improvement
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM
- Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or related Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Junior WSH Officers may be considered)
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk management, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive change and achieve results
