We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team at the School of Biological Sciences. This exciting opportunity is part of a project focused on exploring the role of microbiome in systemic diseases and driving revolutionary discoveries that advance health and medicine.
The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality research in microbiome medicine, working closely with our experienced researchers to design, organize, and execute scientific experiments in molecular biology, microbiology, and bioinformatics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute complex scientific experiments
- Analyze and communicate scientific data effectively
- Provide supervision and guidance to students, trainees, and other laboratory personnel
- Contribute to grant writing efforts and formulate hypotheses
Job Requirements:
- PhD in Microbiology, Biomedical Science, or related disciplines
- Experience in biology, biomedical research, and bioinformatics
- Proficiency in conducting in vitro cell culture assays, molecular and cell biology techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals
