Job Title: Research Laboratory AssociateAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Laboratory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and set up apparatus, materials, and IT equipment for research projects; assist senior researchers in supervising students during lab work.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, update inventory, condemn faulty items, and collate purchase requests (including perishable items).
  • Support senior researchers and HOD in events, surveys, registration, and other administrative tasks.
  • Supervise students during lab sessions, recess, unstructured playtime, and assist with safety management such as arrival and dismissal crowd control.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory and school activities.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in laboratory management, quality control, and administrative support.
