About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at EQUIPTEST ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning overall assembly tasks to ensure work orders are completed on schedule, managing assembly components and fixtures in storage, contributing to design discussions on jigs, and ensuring adherence to defined assembly procedures and quality requirements.

This role also involves taking ownership of the assembly process to create guideline documents for New Product Introduction (NPI) parts, conducting final checks and approvals before sending assemblies to Quality Assurance, and maintaining full adherence to 5S practices and workplace safety policies.
