  • Keep accurate transaction records and perform inventory audits.
  • Ensure that spending aligns with company standards and check the financial accuracy of orders and invoices.
  • Document procurement activities and produce relevant reports on inventory and vendor performance.
  • Work closely with other departments to align procurement plans.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in purchasing or procurement is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management is required.
