">- We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in portfolio management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial modeling, analytical work, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Portfolio Reporting and Analysis: You will lead the preparation of quarterly board meeting and results documents and trustee reports, ensuring timely submission.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives that include ESG benchmarking, monitoring, reporting, and reviewing sustainability targets.
- Asset Management: Take a leading role in coordinating, managing, and reviewing various internal stakeholders on annual assets' valuation and hold-sell analysis, insurance adequacy and renewal, internal audit, and annual report.
- Strategy and Planning: Coordinate the Annual Strategy meeting with the Board, including coordination with internal departments and external consultants or guest speakers.
- Special Projects: Support special projects such as portfolio-wide systems integration, investments and divestments, and strategic asset management projects.
Requirements:
">- Possess a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field discipline or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in relevant working experience, preferably in data centre or real estate investments and/or SREITs.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analytical work.
- A motivated individual who is meticulous, detail-oriented, organized, and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills.
