Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our organization as an Aesthetic Beauty Specialist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellness, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on treatments and products suitable for clients' skin types and conditions.
  • Beauty Treatments: Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, body slimming, and massages. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge services.
  • Product Sales and Advice: Recommend and sell beauty products that enhance the effectiveness of treatments. Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in both English to communicate with clients effectively.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing aesthetic beauty treatments.
  • Hands-on training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our specific techniques and products.
  • Candidates with a beauty training certificate are preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work well in a team and live harmoniously with colleagues.
