Job Overview

A pivotal role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our data center network. Collaborate closely with infrastructure partners to guarantee seamless operations, manage maintenance projects, and troubleshoot network incidents to ensure peak performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational excellence by conducting regular audits and reviews of maintenance programs with Data Center infrastructure partners.
  • Supervise and participate in Data Hall build-outs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
  • Manage change processes for high-risk maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize system availability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting network incidents, including handling external issues such as dark fiber cuts.
  • Conduct routine inspections of network infrastructure and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in standardizing processes and coordinating resources to resolve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in server maintenance: fault diagnosis, component replacement, firmware upgrades, and FRU flashing.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS and common CLI commands; knowledge of BIOS/BMC configurations.
  • Experience with network devices and ability to troubleshoot and resolve network faults independently.
  • Capacity to handle moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Senior Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in process development and quality control with specialized technical insight.
  • Extensive server maintenance experience, handling complex fault analysis and component replacements independently.
  • Strong network maintenance skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Proven mentorship abilities to guide junior engineers and promote professional growth.
