Role Summary

Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Work Associate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aftercare Services: Provide personalized support to clients transitioning to independent living, develop and implement case plans, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Data Tracking and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, monitor client progress, and analyze data to inform program improvements.
  • Alumni Program and Engagement: Organize and coordinate alumni events, engage with graduates, and provide ongoing support to ensure their continued success.
  • Study Grant Administration: Manage grant applications and disbursements, coordinate with educational institutions and funding agencies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Additional Support: Assist with case management, participate in team meetings, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our programs.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Work, or related social sciences
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with children, youth, or families
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Mother Tongue/Dialects)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and stress management skills
