Job Title: Educator in Performing Arts

We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team as an expert in performance arts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music and experience in teaching, training, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of participants/trainees.
  • Acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources.
  • Teach practical and theory techniques to participants/trainees.
  • Motivate participants/trainees and encourage progress.
  • Liaise with supervisors and managers.
  • Create and maintain a network of contacts to ensure work continuity.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge.
  • Provision of assessments, providing feedback and writing reports.
  • Keep financial, administrative, and business records.
  • Provision of performances (live and recorded).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Music.
  • Extensive experience in provision of teaching, tutoring, and conduct of workshops in corporate, public, and private environments.
  • Strong, proven teaching practical and theory skills.
  • Strong performance skills and experience in both individual and group environments.
