Career Opportunity:


We are seeking a highly accomplished real estate professional with expertise in luxury property sales to join our Residential Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the South Delhi market, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record of revenue generation and sales leadership.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead high-value residential sales assignments across South Delhi
  • Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients to build long-term relationships
  • Execute transaction strategies from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for superior client delivery
  • Maintain market intelligence and competitive insights

Requirements:


The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in luxury residential property sales, a strong background in client servicing and business development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a stable career progression within the relevant industry.


Preferred Qualifications:


Candidates with experience in luxury real estate firms (e.g., DLF, Colliers), premium hospitality and concierge services, private banking and wealth management, or high-value lifestyle or luxury goods sales will be given special consideration.
