Job Title: Skin Care Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Skin Care Beauty Advisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the skincare industry and want to build a career in sales and customer service.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating a thorough understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of skincare routines and recommend suitable products based on individual requirements.
  • Engage customers to assess their skincare needs and concerns.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain application techniques.
  • Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • To demonstrate a thorough understanding of skincare products and services.
  • To identify and recommend suitable skincare products and services to customers.
  • To assist in maintaining store appearance and ensuring a positive shopping environment.
Working Hours:

The role requires working hours of 12pm-8pm (1 hour unpaid break) or 2pm-10pm (1 hour unpaid break), with 3-4 days per week, including weekends.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and develop their skills and knowledge in the skincare industry.
