**Job Title:** Patisserie Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Patisserie Apprentice to join our culinary team. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced pastry chefs to develop your skills in preparing, baking, and decorating a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring that every item meets our customers' expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with ingredient preparation, measuring, and mixing to achieve precise recipes.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prevent accidents and optimize production.
• Supporting in baking, decorating, and finishing pastries and desserts to create visually appealing displays.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Upholding all food safety and hygiene regulations to protect public health and maintain our reputation.
