Job Title: Care Officer Rotate Shift

We are seeking a skilled Care Officer to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Bukit Batok. This is a rotate shift role that requires flexibility and adaptability.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $27,000 - $37,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising the care of residents, developing and implementing programs and activities for their well-being, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of premises.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and supervise the care of residents, including creating and implementing personalized care plans.
  2. Develop and implement engaging programs and activities to promote the well-being of residents, such as exercise classes, workshops, and social events.
  3. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and preferences to inform care planning.
  4. Maintain accurate records of resident progress and report any concerns to management.
  5. Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and cleaned, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
