About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team at KSTAR ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. as a Graphic Designer cum Event Coordinator. This role requires a talented professional to plan, organize, and execute various marketing and event initiatives to promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing creative visual strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Coordinating promotional campaigns, managing event logistics, and supporting overall marketing strategies.
  • Providing excellent customer service support and building data and leads for event marketing.
  • Creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Developing and maintaining brand identity through consistent design across all platforms.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to produce creative content for campaigns and events.
  • Utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality graphics.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure innovative and modern designs.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing events from inception to completion, including corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Managing event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinating event marketing, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and print advertising.
  • Preparing event materials such as signage, programs, and promotional items.
  • Overseeing event setup, registration, and on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent attendee experience.
  • Collecting feedback and analyzing event success to provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Assisting in video shooting and editing during corporate events.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A diploma in Graphic Design, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Event Coordinator, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and successful events.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
