Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Site Coordinator to oversee site operations for our Prefabricated MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating site operations, preferably in MEP or Prefab MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site operations for Prefab MEP projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and standards.
  • Supervise the progress of fabrication, assembly, and installation activities on-site.
  • Ensure timely delivery of prefabricated components for on-site assembly.
Site Supervision & Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Monitor work practices and resolve issues to maintain high standards of work.
  • Collaborate with QAQC teams to ensure proper documentation and certification for on-site activities.
Team Coordination & Communication:
  • Coordinate activities across different teams (design, production, installation).
  • Serve as the point of contact between site teams and project managers.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any operational challenges.
Resource & Logistics Management:
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources (materials, equipment, labor) to keep operations on track.
  • Oversee logistics for delivery, handling, and storage of prefabricated components.
Qualifications & Experience:

NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields are required. BCSS certification is also necessary. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in coordinating site operations, preferably in MEP or Prefab MEP projects, is expected.
