**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch and Quality Control Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient dispatch of mail at our Bulk Mail Centre.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring that all mails posted in trays, bags, pallets are weighed and despatched accordingly to the designated operation floors for processing
  • Verifying that postage and other docket declarations are correctly declared and charged
  • Assigning docket numbers and data inputting in NMP, and ensuring all dockets and docket numbers are accounted for
  • Collecting data for statistical purposes for BMC and Mail Processing

You will also be responsible for attending to all work-related enquiries and ensuring that the porterages are always on the job (no idling around). Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping for safety and image reasons.
