As a skilled Corporate Governance professional, you will provide high-quality support for entities and guidance to team members. Your primary objective will be to ensure the functions of the corporate governance department align with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate governance works, including preparation of board resolutions, documents, meeting minutes, and announcements. Additionally, you will assist in logistical arrangements for board meetings and maintain up-to-date statutory records for group companies as required by law.
Furthermore, you will liaise with auditors, government officials, and other external parties to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. You will also support your supervisor in all aspects of governance and compliance, participate in new initiatives, and ad-hoc projects assigned to them.
Key Requirements:- A background in corporate governance or legal administration is essential for this role.
- You must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
- Able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
