Job Title: Architecture Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our architectural department and drive the success of ongoing and new projects.

You will be responsible for attending meetings with clients, providing expert advice on project feasibility, and endorsing architecture plans.

  • Oversight of the entire Architectural department and management of ongoing/new projects
  • Client meetings attendance and provision of expert advice on project feasibility
  • Architecture plan endorsement and submissions to authorities
  • Collaboration with engineers, quantity surveyors, and other professionals to deliver design solutions
  • Feasibility report presentation and design proposal submission to clients
  • Advice on project practicality and revised submission drawings and plans
  • Tender applications preparation, presentations, and negotiations with vendors
  • Project supervision from start to finish and regular site visits
  • Environmental impact management of projects and problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree and Masters in Architecture possession
  • Registration as an Architect with relevant authority
  • 5 years and above of architectural experience
