Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chiller Systems Maintenance and Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that involves ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of chiller systems.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to identify and rectify any issues that may impact their performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions to prevent downtime and minimize costs.
  • Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their chiller systems and ensure they are used efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are installed correctly and functioning as designed.
  • Foster a collaborative working relationship with contractors, encouraging teamwork and shared problem-solving to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the contractor to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing service tasks to ensure a safe working environment and protect both people and assets.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure all parties understand their responsibilities regarding safety.
  • May involve working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings, which requires flexibility and adaptability.
  • Field-based role with travel to client sites, which requires good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts, which requires a sense of urgency and responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in any related engineering course.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HVAC or Chiller maintenance and technical support.
