Key Responsibilities:- Manage equipment, parts, and other inventory matters for our Guinea entity, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely and accurate purchases, and update inventory records accordingly.
- Oversee the movement of inventory, maintaining accurate records and performing monthly book closures.
- Plan and coordinate bi-annual stocktakes with local Guinea counterparts to ensure accountability of inventory.
- Identify areas for improvement in the inventory management process and implement solutions to rectify or enhance it.
- Monitor trends in major inventory usage and levels, visualize the data, and report findings to management.
- Prepare proper filing and documentation of all inventories-related matters.
