We are looking for a seasoned expert in embedded systems to join our team. As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and designing complex embedded systems from concept to finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of embedded systems.
  • Develop comprehensive system specifications and design documents.
  • Ability to program the Application Software to the low-level Firmware Drivers.
  • Oversee the integration of software and hardware components.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of design, code, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in embedded systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Manage development partners and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Systems or a related field.
  • Over 20 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • Extensive knowledge of embedded software development.
  • Experience with embedded operating systems.
  • Deep understanding of microprocessors and microcontrollers.
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing.
  • Familiar with hardware interfaces.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
