  • Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tenders with specific deadlines, ensuring that all requirements are met and the project is delivered on time.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and weigh up potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensure project success.
  • Site Briefings and Surveys: Attend site briefings and surveys to gather information and assess project requirements.
  • Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit tender submissions, including bills of quantities, for review and approval.

Requirements
  • Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Engineering Experience: Have experience in engineering in construction, which is advantageous for this role.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational and Strategic Skills: Possess the ability to organize, plan, and strategize to ensure project success.
  • Travel and Independence: Be willing to travel from the office to various sites as required and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office and have advanced Excel skills, as well as AutoCAD knowledge, which are advantageous for this role.
