Education Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our childcare centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teachers, building a team with positive morale and highly competitive educators, and ensuring the centre meets its objectives.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide teachers to improve performance and standards in the centre
  • Build a high-performing team with positive morale and engagement
  • Lead effectively and engage with staff, parents, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, licensing, health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with relevant agencies and partners
  • Manage finances and control expenditures
  • Maintain healthy enrolment rates and strong relations with parents and partners
  • Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations
  • Prepare regular reports and documents required by management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
  • Strong proficiency in English and conversational ability in Mandarin
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in childcare, including infant care
  • Experience in managing a childcare centre, preferably in an international setting
  • Strong leadership qualities with a passion for inspiring young lives
  • Expertise in curriculum and pedagogy

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients.
