Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee Windows-based infrastructure and its associated technologies.
  • Continuously monitor and ensure the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other related services effectively.
  • Configure and troubleshoot virtualization platforms, including Hypervisor Nutanix (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Install, configure, and manage various Windows servers and services, such as IIS, SQL Server, Exchange, and Skype.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Conduct routine system and application updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide advanced support (level 2 and level 3) for Windows-related issues.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in managing Windows-based systems and infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Windows Server operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a Singaporean.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Suite (SCVMM, SCOM, SCCM, WSUS).
  • Knowledge of Exchange and Skype administration.
  • Familiarity with Netbackup 10.x and Data Domain for backup and recovery solutions.
  • Experience with Nutanix HCI for virtualization and storage solutions.
  • Understanding of NESSUS for vulnerability assessment.
