The Payroll Software Specialist role is responsible for delivering technical and functional support for the payroll functions of the PAYROLL software including planning, setup, troubleshooting, and implementation. This individual will be accountable for small-scale project management, development, quality assurance, security, and review of the payroll function.
This position requires an analytical and logical approach to manage small-scale HRMS projects and analyze HRMS issues raised. The successful candidate will also be expected to deal with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish their tasks.
Candidates will be provided with training, upskilling, and hands-on practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and consultancy activities for HRMS and payroll functions
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in customer relationships
- Able to provide documentation for project implementation purposes, such as user manuals, requirements documentation, and process workflow documents
- To provide logical and 'best practice' solutions for users
- Able to manage project team members' expectations
- Providing HRMS and payroll end-user training and technical support
- Provide post-implementation support to HRMS and payroll users
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position
- Having worked with other payroll software in a capacity of an application implementor or support would be a plus
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in HRMS/payroll, IT/computer - software or equivalent
- Self-motivated with good work ethics and good interpersonal skills
